In 2019, we orchestrated a flawless multi-camera live streaming setup for Sheridan College’s Convocation Ceremonies. With five cameras live cutting to YouTube and the IMAG screen on stage, we ensured an immersive experience for both the in-room and global audiences. But that was just the beginning.
Controlling a total of seven screens around the venue, we tailored the visuals for specific viewers. From the primary IMAG screen to closed captioning displays, on-stage faculty/staff monitors, and backstage staff screens, each screen received the right signal at the right time. Our live streaming to YouTube extended the celebration worldwide, allowing loved ones to witness their graduates’ triumphant moment.
